We are renting out our house in Eagle Mountain City Center for $1635 a month. It is a large home with over 4600 sq(3400 finished) feet, it has 4 very large rooms (2 of them look like 2 rooms in one) a living room, dining room, family room, loft and 3 bathrooms. It also has a 2 car garage, fully finished yard with a built in playground and fully fenced. WIll allow pets. It is just down the street from the school and the jr. high and High school buses pick the kids up on our road. We are wanting first and last month down along with a $300 for a cleaning deposit(Negotiable). We are renting it out for way less than our mortgage but we are willing to do this only to a responsible family. I will be able to show the house this Thursday July 31st or sooner if needed by appointment and it will be available for move in Either the first of August or the 15th what ever will be easier for you. You will love the open feeling of this house and the look and set up of it. One of the nicest houses inside and out in the neighborhood.Family oriented neighborhood, we love our neighbors. Also willing to do a lease option for $1900 a month and with 2% down. School is on a traditional schedule and starts August 18th. I can email more pictures if you want them.
