I am the new owner of the condo, I will be occupying the Condo also, which will make it nice for the tenants, as I'll be available for any necessary repairs, questions, rent payment, etc...<br>

Don't let me living there scare you, I'm only 25, I'm really pretty laid back, as long as you're CLEAN, and will pay rent and utilities on-time (I'm not a stickler, if you're a couple days late, I'm not gonna charge you)<br>

I'm also not going to require a contract. You may start out on a MONTH TO MONTH contract. I understand getting married, summer sales, last minute things, so no worries! As long as I have 30 Days Notice, so I can try to find a new tenant.<br>

This apartment is adorable. It was built in the 50s/60s ish and so its packed with character (i.e. scalloped kitchen woodwork, square paned windows, etc.). <br>
And, unlike most older apartments, this one is CLEAN. <br>
My husband and I have loved living here but we have to move. <br>
It has a HUGE living room and a separate, large kitchen (none of this living room/kitchen combo business.) and the kitchen's got a back door! and a back mini-porch/stoop. <br>
It has hardwood floors throughout (except for linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom), which are beautiful and easy to maintain. <br>
ALSO! The only utility you pay is electric. <br>
The bedroom is also pretty big, we have easily been able to fit a queen size bed, 2 night-stands, and 2 large dressers with room to spare. <br>
OH. and theres a walk-in closet :D I am a clothes hoarder and my husband STILL has room for all his clothes (: <br>
ALSO! There's a coin-op onsite laundry, and its right in the basement of the little duplex-y building-y thing. <br>

The living room even has a gas fireplace perfect for the winter. My wife and I are buying a house so we need to give up our apartment by the beginning of December. Our landlord is amazing and has addressed any concerns that we have had promptly and efficiently. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom with a separate shower room. The shower is huge and even has shelves and a bench built in to it. The addition of linen cabinets and a make-up area with dual mirrors has made this an amazing bathroom that my wife is going to have a hard time leaving behind. Right by the bathroom there is also a large walk-in closet that had more than enough room for my wife and I. The master bedroom is fairly large as well and is very well lit along with the whole apartment because we are on the top floor and get a lot of natural light. The kitchen has more than enough storage space in the cabinets and comes with all the appliances you may need. The living room has a built-in gas fireplace that is perfect for those colder months. Also this area has a small inlet that we liked to use for our TV and stereo. Off of this room is the half bath as well which is small but still very nice. The dining area has a sliding glass door that leads to the porch, which is perfect for the summer and spring when you want to BBQ. The apartment does not come furnished so it also allows for lots of flexibility with that. This is a couples only complex, so there aren't ever any rowdy tenants. The landlord also has made a requirement that your income is at least $2000 a month. We welcome anyone to come and look at our place, please just call me at 435-671-2926 to make sure that my wife or I am home. We are looking to have someone take over our contract and be ready to move in and pay rent at least from December to late June. This apartment is adorable. It was built in the 50s/60s ish and so its packed with character (i.e. scalloped kitchen woodwork, square paned windows, etc.). <br>
And, unlike most older apartments, this one is CLEAN.<br>
My husband and I have loved living here but we have to move.<br>
It has a HUGE living room and a separate, large kitchen (none of this living room/kitchen combo business.) and the kitchen's got a back door! and a back mini-porch/stoop.<br>
It has hardwood floors throughout (except for linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom), which are beautiful and easy to maintain.<br>
ALSO! The only utility you pay is electric. <br>
The bedroom is also pretty big, we have easily been able to fit a queen size bed, 2 night-stands, and 2 large dressers with room to spare.<br>
OH. and theres a walk-in closet :D I am a clothes hoarder and my husband STILL has room for all his clothes (:<br>
ALSO! There's a coin-op onsite laundry, and its right in the basement of the little duplex-y building-y thing.<br>
