I have four private rooms for rent in a super nice house that is down the hill from Canyon Meadows and behind Pioneer townhomes off of 1320 South in South Provo. Two of the rooms are very large with walk-in closets and are $375 a month and the other two rooms are smaller, but also very nice for $350 each. There is an option to rent the garage for your car for $25 extra/month...anyone can take up that deal!
