I have a 12 month contract for a room available. This place is hard to get into as its so close to campus, so this is a great opportunity. The room is large, and usually shared but the contract has the room set up for one person ONLY. Its furnished with a king bed and dresser. The apartment is great!! Balcony, washer/dryer, 2 refridgerators, central A/C and heat, and free cable and internet. Its about a 5 minute walk to UVU, close to the freeway, walmart, mall, etc. The complex has a 24hr fitness center, free tanning bed, huge hot tub, rec room, study rooms and the management is great.
