I absolutely loved playing the game but I just don't have the space or the time to play anymore. I played Arkham Horror six times total, twice with other people, and took meticulous care each time to make sure every component stayed in perfect shape. I required all players, including myself, to wash their hands before playing and I was kind of a Nazi about not letting people eat or drink while playing.
Curse of the Dark Pharaoh was used only once and is in the same incredible condition as the main game. Dunwich Horror was purchased very recently, hasn't even so much as been opened, and is still in its original shrink wrap. Arkham Horror and Curse of the Dark Pharaoh were purchased new by myself last summer.
