Pet Policy:
Pet weight limit is 125 lbs unless ESA or support animal. 2 pets per apartment only, $40/month for each pet. $500 pet deposit for each pet, $250 refundable and $250 non-refundable. DNA testing required for all pets (including ESA and support animals) Registration is Required before pet may live on the premises. If the animals are in cages or tanks at all times, then no pet rent/deposit is required. If the animals are caged, but will be roaming around the apartment, then we should have the same pet rent/deposit as with a cat or dog. We do not allow bunnies, or ferrets unless ESA or support animal.Income Requirements:
