OVER $21,000 of Work and Parts... over the last Year by me and previous owner! (Have ALL Invoices for Proof.)

Why are you still looking at other stuff that's slightly cheaper...? They are at the Age of things breaking down. You get it, and then you have an EXPENSIVE Repair out of the blue. This IS a "better deal", even if you are paying slightly more up front than something else! This will bring FAR better "Peace of Mind".

- NEW Transmission... (have included $100 box of Amsoil Trans Fluid for recommended Flushing Trans at 5,000 Miles, after break-in period.)
- NEW Torque Converter... (was included w/Trans)
- NEW Power Transfer Unit (PTU)... (Amsoil used) New unit includes a "Drain Plug", Originals don't have one.
- NEW Thermostat...
- NEW Water Pump...
- NEW Timing Chain...
- NEW Spark Plugs...
- NEW Ignition Coils...
- Cleaned Throttle Body...
- Cleaned MAF Sensor...
- Flushed Coolant...
- Rear Differential Flushed... (Amsoil used)
- Oil Changed...
- Engine Bay Cleaned.

ZERO Oil (or bad Rust) ANYWHERE..! (even before this work was done, entire Engine etc. was clean of ANY oil or leaks. Also, some of this work was "preventative", it did NOT have to be done. I did it just to prevent future issues, for the Car to be actually "reliable" when I needed it to be given it's mileage.)

ALL the above are under FORD 3 year for Transmission, 2 year Warranty for everything else.
You can go to ANY Ford in the Nation if item needs to be repaired for FREE.

WHY am I getting rid of this? Because Utah's Gov. only gives a $3,000 credit for a Vehicle during Bankruptcy. Anything worth MORE than that, is confiscated by the Court Trustee. I'm so tee'd. $23,000 put into this vehicle with purchase and work, and I get NOTHING for it, save some back for whatever I can sell it for, but then it needs to go into another vehicle, but now won't have as much money to work on it.
Found out about this issue when car was already in the shop doing the major work. So depressed. DO NOT want to get rid of this, but no choice. I can't seem to "win" in life. :(

Please HELP... Need to Sell ASAP for asking price, or more if you want to help someone in real need. Or OBO... Unemployed and many Health issues, and as mentioned, having to declare bankruptcy and got shafted now having to get another car.

You likely can't get a better used Vehicle for this price. You almost have a NEW SUV.
BTW, it's one reason I bought it, even though I was expecting "some" work (just not what did) it's Excellent condition otherwise. My Mechanic Ward Member friend I brought to buy it didn't check it well enough unfortunately, he thought if it looks so good otherwise, might not be as bad mechanically, so he didn't do a proper multi-point inspection. (I did TWO, with two different shops, as shown above.) But, he was wrong, much more work had to be done, but you can rest assured, you have something of Worth now... You won't make the same mistake, since I've fixed things.
