You will be reliably paid. Prefer W & D in unit and not looking for old and decrepit. Also safe neighborhood. I do prefer a private rental like a guest house. I am a great tennat, a good neighbor. I do have a well behaved spayed and trained service dog. I am not handicapped so that isn't a propblem. I am at the top of the housing voucher list so this is garanteed payment for the landlord.
Also recently just turned 50 so I don't do drugs, party or am a liability in that regard. And I expect the same from the surrounding that I move to.
