Brand new. My father actually received this as a gift because he spent so much on his big kitchen appliances, but he never used it. Only selling because he recently passed away. Grill, sear, sauté, steam and melt foods on the thick cast aluminum nonstick surface (204 sq in). Vented lid for flexibility to steam foods like veggies and seafood. Precision temperature control between warm (150°F) and 450ºF.
