Yamaha Clavinova: Electric Midi ready piano. Weighted keys with full dip down. If you close your eyes you will think it's a high end Grand piano that costs 30-50,000$ that never needs tuning.

It's barely used and in excellent condition. Should last a good 40ish years of heavy use if well cared for.

Also throwing in a set or Cubase software for writing songs and recording and the usb security key fob that comes with it. Several musical books as well and a Midi to computer cable in addition to the piano itself.
