Responsible for overall functions and controls within the community business office. This position has a heavy emphasis on maximizing cash flow through efficient billing and collections processes. Responsible for keeping accurate financial records for the community, administering the community’s benefits program, supervising the front desk staff and assisting the Executive Director with other administrative duties.
Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, payroll and benefits administration and others.) Extensive working knowledge of billing practices preferred.
Minimum of Associates degree in business or accounting. Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting.
Previous supervisory experience (at least one year) and benefits administration experience is highly preferred.
