We have a lot with an uninhabitable house on it. We plan on tearing it down in the future to build our house, but for now it sits vacant.
We'd like to welcome someone living in an RV or Tiny House to come live on the lot.
The lot is at the end of the cul de sac and your RV/Tiny House would be tucked into the back yard area of this house. Lots of privacy!
Water and power are available from the old house. If you can figure out how to tap into the sewer, it's all yours. Otherwise, you have to figure out your sewer needs elsewhere.
We're looking for at least a 6 month commitment.
$600/month includes utilities.
