1955 Dodge 230 flathead engine from Colorado saw mill. Good engine with good compression. engine complete with carburetor, generator, starter, water pump, fan, intake and exhaust manifold, oil filter canister, fuel pump, bell housing w/ good clutch. ( transmission sold separately. it’s a 1945 model). Engine has been rebuilt at some point- see tag on block. this engine is a direct fit for 1946-1968 Dodge Power Wagon. Dodge began using 12 Volt system in 1955, but this engine is factory 6 volt making it ideal for earlier models ( 1946-1954) or easily converted to 12 volt for the 1955-1968 models. additional pics upon request, to include video of engine being manually turned over.
