I’m looking for a room to rent for my partner, preferably in or as close to Pleasant Grove as possible. We’re hoping to find something before August. A 3 to 6 month lease or month to month arrangement would be ideal.
Our housing plans unexpectedly fell through, so we’re trying to find him a place fairly quickly. He’s 33, employed full time, respectful, quiet, clean, and would be a considerate tenant. His budget is around $600 to $700 per month.
