We are in the advertising business helping our Transitioning Military seeking employment throughout the USA. We are seeking motivated individuals willing to present recruitment advertising options to companies nationwide. We are seeking individuals looking to work independently. You decide where you want to work, when you want to work, and how you want to work. Great opportunity for retirees, students, shut-ins, and those looking for extra income. You do not need to be a veteran or serving in the military. No experience necessary. The experiences of returned missionaries are prefect for this opportunity as it's based on making contacts, presentation, follow-ups, commitment, and moving forward.
What you'll do:
- Contact (Recruiters, HR representatives, Talent Acquisition, and sometimes company VPs or CEOs) of various businesses, companies, universities, and Federal, state, and local governments (nationwide) who are seeking to hire: healthcare professionals, nurses, medical providers, law enforcement personnel, truck drivers, university professors, engineers, technicians, and an endless number of disciplines.
- Present a 4-to-5-minute presentation of running a recruitment advertising campaign to attract Transitioning Military personnel who are seeking employment.
- You can send out deadline reminders. Our Senior Account Executive can assist in closing a sale.
What we Offer:

- Recruitment advertising in our digital magazine (specific for our Veterans).
- Recruitment campaign ads shared on our social media accounts.
Compensation:
* Remember, you will be an independent contractor (1099-MISC).
- 30% commission. NO hourly pay, you are independent.
- Sales range between $1,500 - $14,400.
- 4 confirmed advertisement sales in one calendar month - $500 bonus.
- 8 confirmed advertisement sales in one calendar month - $1,000 bonus.
Again, as this is independent remote work (work from home or office), you can use your own computer or laptop. Set your own hours. Feel free to ask for any advice. We can provide script, generic email message, media to send to client, etc.
You only contact us once a client receives approval to move forward with advertising.
