We are hiring experienced HVAC Lead Installers to install residential heing and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, he pumps, air conditioners, and complete HVAC systems.

As a Residential HVAC Lead Installer, you will:
Remove and replace outded HVAC systems, including furnaces, he pumps, and air conditioning units
Install complete residential heing and air conditioning systems following manufacturer specificions and HVAC codes
Lead residential HVAC installions with support from an assigned HVAC installer helper
Start up, test, and troubleshoot newly installed HVAC equipment
Ensure all HVAC installion work meets safety, quality, and inspection standards
Deliver professional service and maintain a clean job site during every HVAC installion
This is a full-time, year-round HVAC installion position with consistent work and strong earning potential.
Qualificions:Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installion experience
Experience installing heing and air conditioning systems
Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper
Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes
EPA Certificion (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Ability to lift heavy HVAC equipment and work in tics or crawlspaces
Must pass background check and drug screening
