I renovated this awesome trailer last summer and lived in it for a few months. I'm not in a rush to sell it and I'm firm on the price, so I will call you mean names if you low ball me.

I worked on this trailer planning to use it for many years, but sadly my needs have changed and I’m moving to a setup with more space. It’s an incredible trailer and you need to come sit in it to appreciate the work that’s been done. This trailer is ready for off-grid camping or campground stays.

This camper sleeps 3 total; 2 in the back area where the dinette converts to a bed, and one on the front couch. The front no longer converts to a bunk bed, but I still have the supports if you wanted to restore the ability to sleep 4 total. I haven’t weighed this trailer since renovations, but I estimate it to weigh around 1300-1400 lbs. I pulled it with my 4 cylinder 1998 RAV4 and it did fine, so it can be pulled by just about anything.

Comes with a removable Jackery 1000W V2 solar generator, 2 100W portable solar panels, 30 ft solar extension cable, steel cable to secure the solar panels, SetPower 48 QT fridge & freezer, coupler lock, 2 parking boot locks, and 4 wheel chocks.

Renovations completed in 2025:
* Replaced carpet with linoleum floor for easier cleaning (I have carpet scraps I’ve been using as rugs inside)
* Redid the kitchen counter, cabinets, table, and closet area with real wood.
* Built a drawer system to hold the fridge/freezer
* Installed new 6 gallon water tank and new water pump
* Installed Maxxair fan (also still has factory crank roof vent)
* Installed new wheels and bearings
* Installed dimmable LED lights
* Redid the electrical system
* Installed custom magnetic entry screen
* Made custom curtains and extra cushions

There is an old propane tank on the front, but it no longer runs into the camper because the new fridge is an efficient fully electric fridge and I removed the old cooktop to have more counter space. I used a camp stove with a butane canister on the counter when I needed to cook inside. It also came with the awning, but I only opened it one time because one of the end caps is broken and it makes it difficult to use.
